Tip 1-

Set your alarm clock 30 minutes earlier and train yourself to wake up to pray. Affirm yourself, and command your day. Ask God for what you want, and make an action plan. Use this time to allow God to instruct you on how to endure through the day.

Tip 2-

Train yourself to go to sleep 30 minutes later than usual. You’ve given everyone else and everything your time, but you cannot forget about God. Tip 4-

Pray on your lunch break. Many times we use our lunch break to make phone calls and socialize with other coworkers. Why not grab your lunch and find a quiet space outside of the office and use 10 to 15 minutes to pray. I’m sure there is an array of things that are happening in the office, emotions and stress can run high and low, so prayer is a perfect thing to do in the middle of your work day. Shift your focus back to God’s word and allow it to give you peace at work.

Tip 5-

Pray on your way home from work, or to your next destination. Pray over yourself and your car. Pray over other drivers on the road. Allow prayer to create a peaceful driving experience.

Tip 6-

Pray as you exercise. Walking and praying is very relaxing and productive. Do two things at once, walk and pray
