A heart for the Lord is free and light
You see her fly in great delight
Full of fire and much of life
You got to have her as your wife
You chase her and want her all to your own
Because your own heart is yet full and grown
You see her beauty as she brisks by
Gazing at her wings as she reaches the sky
You look for ways to catch her
And if you succeed, it won’t be forever
You can only enjoy her when she comes to you
She’s created to fly to the Lord too
She lives between the Parpar fields
Spreading colorful mercy that always appeals
She visits heaven and back to earth again
To gain her trust, the only way you can win
Is to always be still and sweet as honey
To have a pure and clean heart of humility
Great admiration to show you cherish her
Gentle with compassion to always consider
With understanding as the weaker vessel
To rise to protect her, always stable
Patience and stern Truth is a must
Any other movement will cause her to distrust
She senses danger in her heart
As quick as she landed is as quick as she will depart
Butterfly, butterfly will she ever return
Butterfly butterfly fire will burn
Colossians 3:19
“Husbands, love your wives, and be not bitter against them.”
