God Appoints Leaders

I elect to pray for righteous leaders, I don’t vote. Yes, I have the right but, that’s one I don’t exercise.

We can give each other rights all day long but it’s when we do right that’s being in the obedience of Christ where we belong.

Just the same with leaders, just because they have the right, doesn’t make it right. As much as God gives us the right, he expects us even more to do right. Remember King Saul? Everyone is given the opportunity to do right. God blesses everyone because He is of mercy and grace. God is expecting good and faithful servants. Faithful with little will be faithful with much. Only the fear of the Lord in humbleness by His Holy Spirit enables us.

Until we all choose to do right everyone will be running around high minded with pride acting on their rights rather than be humble in God’s perfect will to do right, because we can lose our favor. It’s nothing to be irresponsible, lazy or prideful in.

Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.
— Romans 13:1

Jesus answered [speaking to Pilate], “You would have no power over me if it were not given to you from above.”
— John 19:11

By me kings reign…
— Proverbs 8:15

…he removes kings, and sets up kings…
— Daniel 2:21

Then God removed Saul and made David their king…
— Acts 13:22

No one … can exalt themselves. It is God who judges: He brings one down, he exalts another.
— Psalms 75:6-7

…the Most High has power over human kingdoms. He gives them to whomever he wishes.
— Daniel 4:17

And even still, I reflect this to my marriage, in regards to leaders. I didn’t vote or choose mine husband. Yet, I elected to pray for a righteous leader over me. He found me, he came and married me. Does he always choose to do right and lead me righteously? Hahaha, no. God is funny like that and has his purpose.

In regards to marriage and leaders remember Nabal and Abigail. Nabal had the right to not honor the king and neglected to do right. He died right after his wife went behind him and did right unto King David. She became his wife, she was rewarded an heir to royalty in the kingdom for doing right, even when her husband neglected to. God rewards those who do right rather than have the right.

God appoints unrighteous leaders? Absolutely. God does it to judge a people or nation and/or God does it to bring about an even greater good.

Makes you think to be searched out, seek for the good and get closer to him. God doesn’t play, nor will his word return void. God leads with a staff and even a rod. He rules with an iron fist. We all like to believe God wants us as happy and comfortable as possible and those that believe this or soon to forget and lose sight, truly don’t know God nor their ownselves, nor pray for God to know them and don’t study to show themselves approved unto God.

We Must Remember to Do Right and encourage each other to Do Right:
1 Corinthians 11:24-25
And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me. After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, this cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.

God will give the people what they want in their disbelief or hardened hearts. Be careful for what you ask for.

They say they want peace but cause strife, They say the need love but, spit hate, they say they want joy but, they grumble and complain. Of course we want those things, God created our hearts for peace, love and joy. But, the flesh still reigns and keeps them in disobedience and subject to every wicked way. There is a gap, a distance between the flesh and The Holy Spirit.

Just like when they shouted “CRUCIFY HIM, CRUCIFY HIM!” but God built that bridge to cross over and appointed Jesus Christ KING OF KINGS 👑 AND LORD OF LORDS! It didn’t matter what they voted. God’s Will and plan for each of our lives shall be done.

Impeach the flesh let Christ rule over and govern you.

Hebrews 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
