HIDDEN TRAPS

It was 18 years ago I was told to always be aware of my surroundings. From that day I began to realize what was being being revealed to me and my position as an intercessor.

Over my very early years, I found out just how deceptive the enemy really can be when we don’t recognize his tactics. The enemy would use anybody that will make themselves available in setting traps to keep you from moving forward.

Understand, traps are meant to be hid. This is why they re called traps. It take a discerning eye to see deep enough to locate the trap and what kind of trap it is. If you are military you definitely know how your opponent will set landmines certain areas in the field to take you out. ALL TRAPS ARE NOT THE SAME!

The devil doesn’t just want you wounded, but he want you dead!

I have seen traps laid in business. I watched people fall into traps of stealing from the company and ended up getting fired. In which someone tried to set me up as, but to God be the glory, I was able to recognize the trap and said NO!

I saw a money trap set up for me in ministry. Someone was about to steal some money and if I had not taken notice that the money was missing from the place it was laid I would have been the one accused of stealing the money. Thank God for the Holy Ghost for telling me to confront the person and also telling them to put the money back.

Another time, the trap of wanting someone husband. I was being accused because I had too long of a conversation discussing bible scriptures with them after church. I was a new believer in the faith and did not have anyone to really talk to in communicating what I was studying in the Word of God. This person so happened to be a male and we had great conversations sharping each other with the Word of God. However, someone went to his wife and to my pastor at the time and told them I was after her husband.

This is the trap of being accused for something you never had intentions on doing. Remember, even in this don’t allow your good to be evil spoken of.
Romans 14:16

Another trap is the bow to us.

This trap is to offer you something you need through manipulation to join a particular ministry. This is when people uses the “you NEED a covering” method. Understand there are specific God connections He have for you. If you do not know where you are spiritually and what you are carrying you will end up somewhere God never intended for you to be. Just because they are a ministry does not mean you are to join. There are times people only see you as another member they can add to their “NOW GROWING” church list. This is not the purpose or plan of God. Keep your eyes open in regard to this.

Another trap is the entangling of the heart trap.

This trap is set to entangle your heart into a person that never have the intentions of being with you or marrying you. This trap is when the person appear to be attracted to you by pulling you into their direction first in the spirit.
This person will start by being friends just to get in the door. Sometimes they will use the tactic of doing ministry or business with you to gain some kind of ground. They will not tell you exactly what their plans are but instead will keep you in a place of cloudiness by not telling you the true purpose in their connection. This is the “keep you guessing” game.

Remember, if you have to try to guess the reason for a connection then maybe you don’t need to connect. GOD IS NOT THE AUTHOR OF CONFUSION!

Believe it or not, some leaders will use you as the fall guy so if anything were to happen they will throw te blame on you.

DON’T FALL FOR IT!

There are numerous traps the enemy love to set for our feet to keep us from advancing. It is up to us to stay in prayer about a thing until it is fully uncovered. The Holy Spirit will direct you on how to pray and hit the bullseye every single time!

For without cause have they hid for me their net in a pit, which without cause they have digged for my soul. Let destructions come upon him at unaware; and let his net that he hath hid catch himself: into that very destruction let him fall.”
