If we get so involved in something or “many” things, where it consumes us and find ourselves pushing others away or short tempered, it’s time to drop all we are doing and run to God to be alone with him.
Busyness is like a small snowflake that fell to the ground attaching to other flakes, gaining size and weight it rolled downhill with increasing speed, making a huge crushing snow boulder about to wreak great havoc and destruction.
All things God uses even the evil things to draw us and encourage us to him.
But, do not put a stumbling block in front of anyone. Some people can walk in a bar 10 times a day with no effect or thoughts of the environment and preach and lead a heart to repentance and salvation. Another, if walked into a bar just once a day would be greatly tempted to order a strong drink after being delivered from alcoholism. We all have our weaknesses.
But, that we encourage others to seek God in prayer and his Word for what he would have them to do. Many members one body. We are our brother’s keepers.
In using Facebook for ministry or even offline in ministry we can get so caught up in our work for the LORD that we soon forget The LORD. I’ve found myself there a few times. And when I am found there, I run to God as fast as I can to be alone with him. I have witnessed many God fearing preachers hit the wall and faint, or become prideful and ugly as giant as Goliath, because they got caught up in doing, they neglected to make time to “be” with God.
Don’t be in fear, to not warn someone or make mention of their need for intimacy and rest in the Lord.
Let nothing over take you ( even if it’s ministry work). Let nothing consume you, or make you believe it is more important than personal one on one intimate time with God. Just as a spouse is not to deny their spouse intimacy neither are we to deny intimacy with God alone behind closed doors.
Busyness is a devastating relationship stealer, killer and destroyer with God (and our spouse). Stay Alert!!! Listen for the alarms, smell the smoke, touch the next door before you open it, see if God is convicting you to stop, drop and roll your time and heart into him.

James 4:8
Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
Psalms 42:1
As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.
1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Matthew 7:21-23
Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
