Ephesians 5:16-17 – Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.
My job with these precious 3 babies is done. I knew it would be temporary, but still it is hard to say goodbye. The most difficult time in my personal life is letting go of children. They bring me so much joy and teach me as well. Most of my life has been affiliated with children: from babysitting, to children’s church teacher, administrater of a US Navy squadron wives and children’s group, public school substitute teacher to a nanny to countless children, even bearing mine own to raise, now on their own. knowing, really children aren’t ours, they all belong to Yahuah and we are mere stewards. Every precious and painful time with them was worth it all! I thank Yahuah for that.
Acts 20:24 – But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.
Even though these times are short lived, some days, some months and some a handful of years, I know without a doubt these times were purposed to bring Yahuah glory.
Isaiah 14:27 – For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?
Never take any amount of time for granted with children. I know at times it can feel overwhelming and a bit as we become as slaves held down by many tasks in a seemingly weight of a ball and chain without the freedom to do things. O, but the freedom to be as a child and yet, teach, guide and love them exceeds every desire a person could ever have.
Galatians 5:13 – For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.
I thank Yahuah, he is our Heavenly Father that created us and loves us even more than we ever could and has given us the opportunity to be adopted by him to be cared for the rest of our lives. There is no time limit between us and him!
Ephesians 1:5 – Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
His patience for us has far exceeded any patience we ever could. We still have today to come to him for all of our needs. And, we still have today to shine our light and sparkle being a guide to all children in the world.
Deuteronomy 6:7 – And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
Redeem the time! Make a child smile this day or allow one to make us smile, even in passing by. Most importantly, allow our Heavenly Father to make us smile and make him smile too!
Ezekiel 11:22 – Then did the cherubims lift up their wings, and the wheels beside them; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.
Redeem the time! Make a child smile this day or allow one to make us smile, even in passing by. Most importantly, allow our Heavenly Father to make us smile and make him smile too!”
