Health is so important, every part of your life evolves around you having good health. Staying healthy promotes physical energy and helps you achieve greater things, things that you cannot achieve if you have low energy.
Your energy level is a reflection of your health and your well being. If you have high energy you tend to get more things done in your day. Health is made up of four layers, which include: Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual. It’s not always just about physical good health, that’s one of them but you also have to align all the other ones to have a high sustainable energy.
I sometimes have very low energy because I’m not keeping up with getting the right amount of calories and protein in my daily life which makes me feel drained.. I’m vegetarian so it’s hard for me to make sure I get the right amount of calorie intake, but I also sometimes get the right amount and still feel drained.. maybe because my mental and spiritual health are not aligning up and it’s causing me to feel weak.
Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.
Are you eating enough? Do you have passion? Do you feel good? These are all questions that apply to having good health. Listening to your body is very important because you need to nurture it, and I’m not just talking about with food, but with good vibes, reading the Bible, being filled with God’s Holy Spirit, working out, meditating on God’s Word. When you feel good inside and out you shine bright and every time you don’t take care of one of those things your light shines dim. Make your health a number one priority! 🙏🏽

19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
