How many times in life have someone given you wisdom but you was not open to receive what they was saying?
Many times in life we tend to think we know more about what is going in our lives than anyone else. However, God will send someone to give us sound wisdom so that we will travel through life a little more easier if we adhere to what is being spoken to us.
Unfortunately, many of us had or having to hit rock bottom before we actually began to take the wisdom that was given to us. Understand that is not the plan of God for any of us. God is always speaking but it is up to us to listen.
There are times wisdom given may not be for that very moment but as we continue to travel through the journey in what we call Life, we will find out what was spoken to us years ago will find its way back to our remembrance of what was spoken maybe five, ten, or twenty years ago. One thing about wisdom is that it will never have a expiration date. Wisdom go from generation to generation. Wisdom has always been and wisdom will always be. Wisdom is past, present, and future. Wisdom is eternal.
Have Grandma ever said things but you did not understand until your adult years facing a particular situation then suddenly you remember what Grandma said? Maybe it was your mother or father? Or, perhaps a teacher? Whoever it was, wisdom was spoken. Even at times, maybe you hear yourself saying the same exact thing Momma and Grandma said. See, wisdom never expire.
Personally, in my own life, God have used various ones to impart wisdom in my life and in return God have used me to impart wisdom in the lives of others. Wisdom is also like a neverending waterfall. It is forever flowing from one life into another. When we think of a waterfall, we imagine just how beautiful a waterfall can be and the location. Well, wisdom is just like that. When we receive sound wisdom, it like a waterfall…beautiful. Also, wisdom can bring us to a beautiful location or should I say, a good place in God and in life overall.
Wisdom is safe. Wisdom is for our protection. Wisdom protect us from dangers others that do not adhere to wisdom will find themselves experiencing.
Wisdom also comes with favor. Wisdom along with favor can get you into great doors that others will never get into. People need wisdom to make certain financial transactions, not just knowledge. People need wisdom in business, ministry, and life affairs. People need wisdom in what to do next in their life when facing a difficult siituation. People need wisdom in how to raise their children. People need wisdom in their marriage. People need wisdom in all areas of life.
WE NEED WISDOM.“
So, today if you are struggling in any area trying to figure things out on your own, the scripture tell us to ask for wisdom. God does not hold back from any of us when we just ask. Seek God and get wisdom…TODAY!
