I’m not always right, as a woman, wife and mother I have great and many ideas, doesn’t mean they pan out.
When I’m right, I am really right and you thank me.
But, when I’m wrong, and you agreed to my idea, you can not blame me.
1 Corinthians 11:3-10
But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
You are the head, husband, by God, by him to be led. That’s the trying of the husband’s obedience to submit all thoughts and ideas to God for him to lead your steps to lead hers.
2 Corinthians 10:5
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
But, be not bitter against her when her ideas fail you and you failed to seek God before your final decision to obey his voice. You willing agreed. Can two walk together unless they agree?
Colossians 3:19
Husbands, love your wives, and be not bitter against them
To say you will never listen to her ideas ever again because it didn’t work the way you wanted, is telling God you no longer are one with your help meet and show your nakedness in your own pride and disobedience to God to not have sought him before, during and after hearing her ideas.
Responsibility.
Accountability.
All Humility.
Her ideas can be a great help and her ideas can hurt, discern, pray, study and train.
Proverbs 16:9
A man’s heart deviseth his way: but the Lord directeth his steps.
She’ll hand you golden apples in a silver bowl; bring you good all the days of your life and she’ll most very well likely hand you a rotten one that she was deceived to even take and hold.
1 Peter 3:7
Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.
But, don’t let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch!
