Your willingness to change
Seems a bit strange
It feels like I am dreaming
But no longer nightmares am I screaming
I am greatfully thankful
The past and old ways are over
I am most satisfied you humble
So in pride neither of us stumble
Your patience and stern stance with me
Comforts and gives stability
A head I can easily submit to
And follow all the way through
Thank you for putting away that old man
And being my lord, mine husband
For giving me someone I can trust to talk to
And trust what I say is true
Even if I can’t explain things the way you need to see
What all prompts and warns me
I know you always want to understand right away
No doubt God will make it all clear one day
Thank you for not only having faith in me
But, for having great faith in God Almighty
You rock and bring me a perfect peace this hour
May God’s blessings upon you continuously shower
